Issued by an unknown publisher, PC796 sepia postcards feature the same images and lettering used in the Novelty Cutlery Postcards issued a few years earlier. Player names are featured either at the bottom or top of each card. Many of the images also were used in the Sporting News Supplements issued during the same period.
